Video: How to Fold a Cloth Diaper That Won’t Leak

Hi everyone!  I recently blogged about cloth diapering…the materials you need to buy, how to put on a cloth diaper, and how to launder them.

I realize that it is very difficult to envision the process of folding and putting a cloth diaper on a baby simply by reading about it, especially if you’ve never seen it done before.

So I decided to make a video for you that shows, not just explains, everything you need to do to fold the perfect, leak-free cloth diaper!

At the beginning of my cloth diapering journey, I decided on this particular fold after weeks of researching all the different available options.  I had tried several that ended up either uncomfortable on my children or were not leak-proof.  So I then combined a few good elements of different folds and came up with one that is truly leak-free!

When I say leak-free, I’m not exaggerating.  My very large, 22-month-old who sleeps 14 hours at night wakes up in dry pajamas every morning!  (this is when he is wearing my special Night-Time Burrito Diaper Fold)  And during the day, he only needs to be changed every three or so hours…not bad!
